Eye Glass cases

This little eye glass case is perfect for the primitive lover in your life.Hand punched on 100% wool, this case is hand trimmed with buttonhole stitching at the opening. The color of the wool is black. This case will fit most new style "granny" glasses - it measures aprroximately 6 1/4" long by 2 1/2" wide.Eyeglasses shown are not included. They are mine and I need them! ;-)

Fall Pumpkin Coasters Trivets

These great coasters are done in rug punch on burlap with 100% wool. The brown is overdyed and beautifully mottled - A nice touch for these primitve goodies. Each coaster/trivet measures about 4 inches square and has cork backing to reduce slipage. These fall cuties are thick enough to insulate from heat so you can use them as trivets for fall meal service and naturally absorbant to serve as coasters. Either way these are great additions to your prim decor!

Here is a collection of three classic openers mounted on garden wire and framed in a 2in wide oak frame that has been washed in off white. The overall measurements are 17.25 inches by 13.5 inches and the inside measures 13.5 inches by 9.5 inches. The piece weighs about 3.2 pounds.The center cork screw is of course modern, but the brass bottle cap puller on the right and the jar cap squeezer are vintage.this makes a great decorative piece for any one that opens aolt of beverages or food containers: chefs, bartenders caterers.

This is one of a set of four coaster that I rug punched. I used 100% wool yarn - the brown was overdyed. The edeges are trimmed in homespun. The backs are corked to help prevent slipage. The overall measurements are about 5inches square. This was ended up being a gift for my best friend's anniversary.

Etsy Treasury

I did it again! here is my fourth time in an Etsy treasury. I am so proud! I finally figured out the process of saving the screen so I can publish this (and perhaps future) treasury(ies) here. This one made the Etsy front page and I got about 60 or so hits.

Recycled Apple Bucket

This has been one of my favorite pieces. I painted this standard scub bucket to give it a faux rust look. I used Corel to manipulate the font to give it that vintage look and then han painted it on the bucket. Then I used my version of a Becky Erickson pattern for the apples and crows and then distressed the heck out of those. I truly enjoyed creating this particular set.
